Hosting an event?

Bistro Cacao offers private dining options for entertaining your select groups of friends, family or clients. We have six different spaces and restaurant buy-out options that can host between 10 and 100 guests for plated or reception style occasions. Looking for catering options? Bistro Cacao offers a full service catering for all event types in the DMV area. Tell us about your wedding, social gathering or corporate event and Bistro Cacao Event Management Team will be in touch to answer all of your questions. As full-service caterers, we are equipped with the tools necessary to meticulously plan, design, and manage your event experience. The Champagne Room

Our Champagne room has a standing room capacity of 30 guests and seated capacity of up to 20 guests. It offers complete privacy with a unique view of Parisian streets.

Capacity: Seated 20 / Standing 25

The Red Room

The Red room holds up to 22 people with individual table configurations and 20 guests at a single table. The room sits at the heart of Bistro Cacao and known as the most romantic room with velvet curtained walls.

Capacity: Seated 22 / Standing 30

The Rouge Room

Rouge room holds up to 32 guests at a single table, up to 46 guests at individual tables and 70 guests standing. It is a completely private area for your guests.

The Bar Area

Our spacious bar area can be used for cocktail parties for up to 20 guests seated and 100 standing. It’s perfect for networking events and small parties.

The Champagne + Rouge Rooms

The Champagne + Red rooms can be combined to hold up to 66 guests at separate tables and 100 guests standing. This is our largest space option without a full restaurant buyout.

The Patio

The Patio is an outdoor space that can be fully tented for enjoyment year-round. It holds up to 60 guests seated at separate tables and 100 guests for a standing reception.

Restaurant Buyout Option

If you are planning on hosting an event for a large group of people, you can request to use the entire restaurant space. Please reach out to our Parties & Special Events team to start organizing your event based on your custom requests and needs.
